HIPAA Certification Training: Certified HIPAA Instructor Program (CHIP)

The Certified HIPAA Instructor Program (CHIP) is a world class program to enable you to distinguish yourself in the HIPAA space.

A key element of the CHIP program is to pursue the HIPAA Academy Certified Instructor™ (HACI) credential.

The Requirements to Earn the HACI Credential Are:

1. Must attend the 4 days of HIPAA Security training conducted by HIPAA Academy.

2. Must pass the CHA™, CHP & CHSS™ exams offered through HIPAA Certificatin Online.
   • CHA™ - 90% pass score
   • CHP - 90% pass score
   • CHSS™ - 90% pass score
     
     
3. Must use only official HIPAA Academy training curriculum for training HIPAA Academy training programs.

Instructors who have earned the HACI credential may teach the following courses and programs:

Instructor-Led Certification Courses

Certified HIPAA Administrator™ (CHA™) (1 day)
Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) (2 days)
Certified HIPAA Security Specialist™ (CHSS™) (2 days)

Cost:	$3,485 Course fees include the cost of CHP and CHSS™ Exams & Manuals. It also includes breakfast, lunch & snacks during the training days.

Timings:	9:00 am to 5:00 pm with breaks in between.
Exams:	A passing score of 90% or higher is required for all three Certifications to receive the HIPAA Academy Certified Instructor (HACI) credential.
